Abia’s Ikpeazu Handover Documents to Alex Otti

The outgoing administration of Dr Okezie Ikpeazu has officially handed over critical government documents to the incoming administration of Dr Alex Otti.

The documents include the budget documents for 2023, the Abia state long term development plan and the state government handover note which cuts across ministries, parastatals and agencies.

Handing over the documents to the representatives of the incoming administration of Dr Alex Otti, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu represented by the immediate past SSG, Chris Ezem said the documents are critical aspect of Governance and urged the incoming administration to study it and make the best out of it.

Speaking while receiving the documents, the representative of the incoming government Dr Caleb Ajagba, assures that the incoming administration of Dr Alex Otti will not take the overwhelming support of NdiAbia for granted as well as critically study and make good use of the documents.

Our Umuahia Correspondent reports that the brief handover ceremony which took place at the Banquet Hall of government House Umuahia was witnessed by Rev Fr Anthony Anokwuru and Professor Ken Kalu and Permanent Secretary Government House, Umuahia, Iheanyi Ubani.
