Africa Real Estate Summit Returns In 2023, Makes Accra Debut

The Ghanaian maiden edition of the Africa Real Estate Summit will be held on the 21st of April, 2023 at the Grande Accra Marriott Hotel to discuss the theme: Building a Better Africa.

The Summit, which is organized annually by Africa Real Estate International, her mother company that offers top-level real estate services, will commence on the 20th of April at Accra Marriott Hotel, with a press conference and opening session.

The Summit will bring together key stakeholders and investors in the Ghanaian Real Estate sector.

It will feature keynote address sessions, exhibitions, and networking sessions. Other features include panel question and answer sessions and award presentations.

“The Africa Real Estate International team is glad to assemble the top players in real estate in one room in Ghana. In that room, there will be lots of networking, learning and also closing of deals.” Mr. Onyeka Onwuka, founder and chief host of the Africa Real Estate Summit said.

“We commenced last year and recorded a huge success of the event. This year, we are expanding to Ghana and also hosting the Summit in three major cities in Nigeria. Indeed, it has been an amazing ride.” He added.

Africa Real Estate International organised the maiden edition of the Africa Real Estate Summit in Nigeria in 2022. After a successful event, the need to expand to neighbouring African countries arose.

For 2023, The Africa Real Estate International has partnered with Cabobel Resort Group, Advent Group and World Greatest Records to host the Summit in Ghana and Nigeria.
