After Successful Hand Over, Buhari Returns To Daura

Former President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to his home state, Katsina after handing over to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at Eagle Square in Abuja.

The Presidential Jet, Air force 001 which conveyed the former President for the last time touch down at the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua International Airport, Katsina State at about 1:15pm this afternoon.

Governor of Katsina State, Dikko Umar Radda who was sworn in at about 10:45am today was at the airport to welcome the former President back home.

The Former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami was also on ground to receive the Former President.

Also former ministers of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami, former Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina joined other dignitaries, family members and well wishers to welcome former President Buhari and his family.

People in the state were excited on his return, as they welcomed him back in a grand way.

Former President Muhammadu Buhari is now on his way to his hometown in Daura, Katsina State.
