Amusan Finishes Third As Camacho-Quinn, Jones Claim Top Spot At Ostrava Golden Spike

World Champion, Tobi Amusan on Tuesday finished third at the Women’s 100M hurdles event at the Ostrava Golden Spike.

Amusan crossed the line in a time of 12.47s to finish third behind Olympic Champion Jasmine Camacho-Quinn and Tia Jones.

Puerto Rican Camacho-Quinn ran a Meeting Record of 12.42s to win the race while Tia Jones came from behind to pip the Nigerian to second with time of 12.44s.

Meanwhile the 12.47s is a season’s best for the current World record holder and world champion.

All three Athletes are expected to meet again in Lausanne this Friday.
