ASUU To Hold 22nd National Conference

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU will hold its 22nd National Delegates Conference on May 19th and 21st, 2023, at the University of Jos.

The union said the theme of this year’s lecture, titled, Crisis of State and the Challenges of National Development, would be delivered by a seasoned lawyer and public intellectual, Ebunolu Adegboruwa, at the Ali Akwe Doma Lecture Theater, University of Jos.

The National Delegates Conference is the highest decision-making organ of the Union which holds once in two years

According to findings, the Academic Staff Union of Universities is a Nigerian union of university academic staff, founded in 1978.

ASUU is an offshoot of the Nigerian Association of University Teachers, which was established in 1965.
