Chelsea Will Receive A Loan Fee Of 8.5m Plus Add-Ons For Lukaku

Romelu Lukaku is definitely headed back to Inter Milan, per CBS Sports Golazo. It’s claimed Chelsea will receive a loan fee of around £8.5m plus add-ons.
