Nigeria’s Super Falcon goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie has been named the Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year at 2024 Confederation of African Football (CAF) awards in Marrakech, Morocco.
Nnadozie received the prestigious award in recognition of her outstanding performances throughout the year.
She won the title last year and this time, outshone Andile Dlamini, Khadija Er-rmichi, Habiba Sabry, and Fideline Ngoy.
Expressing her joy upon receiving the award, Nnadozie said, “This is for every young girl who dares to dream. I am honoured to represent Nigeria and Africa on this stage. This award is a testament to hard work, resilience, and the incredible support I’ve received from my teammates and coaches.”
