In Central America, Panamanian rescue forces have evacuated victims from flooded areas after tropical storm eta brought heavy rain that caused deadly flooding in the region.
Tropical depression eta is expected to re-enter the Caribbean Sea and begin a trek that could end up near Florida as a tropical storm, according to the national hurricane center.
Eta weakened into a tropical depression Wednesday evening after previously making landfall in Nicaragua as a category 4 major hurricanes.
This however degenerated once ETA’s center was disrupted by Central America’s mountainous terrain.
