Gamboru market, which stands as the biggest perishable goods market in Maiduguri has been razed by fire.
Although the remote cause of the fire remains unknown, goods worth millions may have been destroyed in the incident. This is sequel to another fire outbreak in the early hours at the Biu Market in Southern Borno.
