Fisheries Products: South Korea’s Exports Hit Fresh High In 2022 First Half

South Korea’s exports of fisheries products hit a fresh high in the first half of this year, thanks to strong demand in Asia and the Middle East.

According to the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation, or A-T, outbound shipments of fisheries goods from January to June rose to over 1-point-7 billion U.S. dollars.

It also plans to inject around 1 million dollars to help boost exports of eight key products, such as dried seaweed and abalone.
