Global Customer Satisfaction: Korean Air Ranks 1st For 18th Consecutive Year

South Korea’s flagship air carrier Korean Air has been ranked number one this year in the airline industry’s Global Customer Satisfaction Index a rank it’s now held for 18 consecutive years.

Korean Air was recognized for its efforts to enhance customer service even during the pandemic by providing a safe environment for passengers such as non-contact check-in options and social distancing policies.

The GCSI awards recognize the best companies in their industries based on customer satisfaction levels, global competitiveness and customer loyalty.

Among low-cost carriers, South Korea’s T’way Air took first place for the eighth year in a row.
