Gov Masari Task Gov-Elect Not to Let the People Down

The outgoing governor of Katsina state, Aminu Masari has handed over to the governor-elect Dr. Dikko Radda at midnight before his inauguration.

Masari while handing over the mantle of leadership to Radda during a farewell dinner at the banquet hall of the government house also tasked him not to let the people down.

He urged Radda to build upon the successes recorded by his administration to take Katsina to the next level of development.

Receiving the bulky handover notes, the incoming governor Dikko Radda promised to do his best to keep hopes alive.

He said, his slogan is ‘Building your future, which he promised to do so, especially for youths and women.

Present at the dinner was the former governor of the state, Ibrahim Shema as well as other dignitaries.
