In commemoration of the 2023 Bitcoin pizza day, Crypto bootcamp community, CBC, Africa’s premier blockchain community is organising a one-day hangout on May 22nd 2023.
The event is in celebration of the 13th anniversary of the first-ever Bitcoin transaction,
which was used to purchase two packs of pizzas for 10,000 BTC.
The crypto bootcamp community will be holding this year’s Edition of Bitcoin pizza day hangout in 40 cities across 12 countries, beating last year’s record of 20 cities in 4 countries.
Central African Republic Adopts Bitcoin As Legal Tender
Across the various centres, the one-day event will feature various activities including talk shows, bitcoin pizza symposium, keynote speeches from prominent figures in the cryptocurrency industry, electric networking sessions amongst others.
It is said to be Africa’s Largest Bitcoin Event.
