At the event, Magoha said the results where commendable while congratulating the candidates of the 2021 KCPE examinations.
He said there is no point in denying the candidates their examination results as a result of unpaid fees balances as in any cause it is known that primary school education is free in the country.
He assured that examination result slips will be released to all candidates who sat for the exams, even if they have fee balances.
