Nigeria@63: NBA Task Lawyers To Focus On Positive Nigeria

In a bid to achieve a just and prosperous society, the President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Yakubu Maikyau, has urged legal practitioners to redirect their minds by focusing on the positive Nigeria where citizens  live in peace with tremendous economic growth under a stable leadership.

Maikyau in a statement, adviced lawyers to contribute from their individual corners towards making Nigeria a great nation.

The senior lawyer made the submissions while Celebrating 63rd Independence Day Anniversary, notwithstanding the myriad of challenges confronting the nation and present-day experiences.

He however advised lawyers to rise above all prejudices as members of the legal profession, and always remember to live for the direction of the people and the advancement of the cause of Nigeria.
