Mining Sector: Miners Association President Applauds Federal Government Of Nigeria

There is no doubt the mining sector is one of the major contributors to the nation’s GDP in terms of economic growth.

However, this sector has suffered numerous challenges from illegal mining to mine site collapse among other issues.

LN247 Correspondent, Dorathy Monday In an exclusive interview with the National president miners association, Dele ayankele, discussed the state of mining in Nigeria, the Niger state mine site collapse among other issues.

The president spoke on the State of mining in Nigeria highlighting the lack of adequate funding to boost the productivity of the industry.

He spoke on the Illegal mining operations in the country and Government efforts to eradicate illegal mining in the country
