NUC Team Visits Pan-Atlantic University for SIWES Evaluation

Representatives of the National Universities Commission (NUC) have visited the Pan-Atlantic University (PAU) to carry out the evaluation of the Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES).

The team assessed the university’s adherence to the guidelines and processes of the SIWES for 300-level students.

Chief Operating Officer of the institution, Peter Bamkole, with the management team, warmly welcomed the NUC representatives, demonstrating the institution’s commitment to hospitality and collaboration.

Both parties had a productive assessment session and exchanged ideas and insights on how to further enhance the SIWES programme.

The institution said it remains committed to continuously improving the SIWES program and ensuring that students receive valuable hands-on training and exposure to real-world scenarios.
