Obi Emelonye’s New Movie ‘The Oratory’ Premieres this September


Nigerian filmaker, Obi Emelonye has declared the world premiere for his inspirational Christian film ‘The Oratory’.

The Movie is set to be screened in over 16 countries of the world including Nigeria, Congo, London and Paris among others will premiere in Point square, Dublin, Ireland at the Odeon Cinema on September 10, 2021.

With Enyinna Nwigwe, Rich Lowe Ikenna, Florence Okechukwu, Charles Ukpong, Lawrence Nwali, David Davidson, Temidayo Akingboro and other A-list actors as cast members, the movie is an adaptation of the Salesians of Don Bosco, a Catholic order dedicated to the service of young, disadvantaged people.

Confirming the premiere, Emelonye shared in an Instagram post “It’ll be a great night of glamour and an opportunity to aid the work of Salesians of Don Bosco in tacking child poverty, homelessness and school-dropout in Nigeria.”

The Respected filmmaker is most recognized for his creative directing on blockbusters Nollywood movies like The Mirror Boy, The Calabash, and Last flight to Abuja.
