Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Lays Foundation For Free Nursery, Primary School In Home Town.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome lays the foundation for a free primary school in Ewu, Edo State after the recent launch of a free school in Adamawa State, Nigeria

In contribution to Early Childhood Education and Development, the InnerCity Mission for Children, an active Member Agency of the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation International held the Ground-Breaking Ceremony of the InnerCity Mission School, a free nursery and primary School in the home town of the international evangelist, Ewu Community, Edo State, South-South Nigeria.

The epoch-making event had in attendance, Member of the Central Executive Council, Esteemed Evangelist Eddy Owase, Regional and Zonal Pastors as well as Leaders of Ewu Community.

The project under its Inner City Mission is to incorporate a hospital and sports facility in the master plan.

Engr. Fidelis Edokpa, president of Ewu Progress Foundation under whose supervision the land for the project was secured for the Foundation, told Radio Esan in Ewu that the project is a replica of many others being established by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome across Nigeria as part of his contribution to the educational advancement of the Nigerian Society.

He said ‘this project on completion will contribute to the development of Ewu and Esan community through employment opportunities and quality education for the younger generation.

On behalf of his organization and the entire Ewu Community, Edokpa wholeheartedly thanked the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation and all those behind the facilitation of the project and prayed that God almighty guide and empower the donor to complete and operate the project in record time.

The project is to be sited in an expanse of land in the new market axis of Ewu accessible by the constituent’s community making up Ewu Kingdom.

Dignitaries present at the ground breaking foundation laying ceremony include: officials of the Inner City Mission of Christ Embassy Church, Community Leaders, representatives of all the sisters organizations of Ewu Kingdom including PA Jerome Idiata of the Eilukhide Social Cultural Organization.
