Nigeria’s Super Eagles have been ranked 10th most valuable national team in the world
The latest ranking of the top 10 most valuable national team in the world was posted on the Super Eagles X handle.
The three-time Africa Cup of Nations winner is valued at €451.60 million.
They are the only African team in the top 10 in world football.
At number one is Three Lions of England (€1.37 billion), France occupy second (€1.05 billion), in third place is Portugal (€990.00m ), Brazil in fourth (€969.00m ) and fifth position is Spain (€811.00m).
The Eagles are in Group A alongside hosts Côte d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea and Guinea-Bissau at next year’s AFCON.
Meanwhile, they will take on Lesotho and Zimbabwe in next month’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
In sixth place is World Cup winners Argentina (€797.50m), Germany in seventh (€789.50m), in eight place is Italy (€636.50m) and Netherlands in ninth (€519.00m).
