As a Microsoft Certified AI Engineer and Data Scientist, she brings years of experience building intelligent solutions, driving data-informed strategies, and leading digital transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
Airat currently serves as Lead Power BI Strategist and AI in Manufacturing at Tolaram, one of Africa’s leading manufacturing companies. She is also a Data Science Mentor at Axia Africa and volunteers as Lead of Data and AI at Codesphere Hub, where she champions community-based innovation and skills development.
In addition, she has published research titled The Rise of Explainable AI: Enhancing Transparency and Trust in Machine Learning Models, available on ResearchGate Publications and the Global Journal of Engineering and Technology Advances.
