U20 Wafu B Tourney: Falconets, Flying Eagles Land In Group B

The draws for the 2023 U20 Men and Women West African Football Union ( WAFU) B have been conducted.

The draws which were conducted on Monday afternoon consists of 7 countries including Nigeria and both Nigeria U20 men’s and women’s teams were placed in group B.

According to the women’s draw, Nigeria’s Falconets will lock horns against Niger, Burkina Faso, and Togo while group A consists of Benin, Cote d Ivoire, and host Ghana.

Flying Eagles of Nigeria will also compete in group B with Benin and Togo while group A consists of the host Coted Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Ghana, and Niger.

The women’s competition will take place in Ghana from May 20th to June while the men’s tournament is fixed for July 7 to 31, 2023 in Ivory Coast.
