Zelensky To Speak At The Hague

Ukrainian President Zelensky has arrived at the International Criminal Court headquarters where he’s due to deliver a speech.

It comes a day after Moscow accused Ukraine of attempting to assassinate Russian President Vladimir Putin, which Ukraine strongly denies.

Russia accused Kyiv of carrying out a drone attack on the Kremlin and threatened to retaliate before explosions were heard in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities overnight and on Wednesday

Zelensky is expected to meet the Dutch PM as part of the visit to the ICC, which has issued an arrest warrant for Putin over alleged war crimes

The Hague, where the ICC is located is currently under heavy security.
