Conan O’Brien To Host The 2026 Oscars

0

Conan O’Brien will return as the host for the 98th Academy Awards, scheduled for March 15, 2026, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. This announcement was made by Academy CEO Bill Kramer and Academy President Janet Yang on Monday.

Reflecting on his previous hosting experience, O’Brien humorously remarked, “The only reason I’m hosting the Oscars next year is that I want to hear Adrien Brody finish his speech,” referencing the actor’s notably lengthy acceptance speech at the March 2 ceremony.

O’Brien’s inaugural hosting stint garnered positive reviews, featuring musical elements and sharp humor, including a pointed joke about Donald Trump. The 2025 Academy Awards broadcast achieved a five-year viewership high, attracting 19.69 million viewers.

Alongside O’Brien, executive producers Raj Kapoor and Katy Mullan will return for their third consecutive year, with producers Jeff Ross and Mike Sweeney coming back for their second year. Kramer and Yang expressed their enthusiasm, stating, “We are thrilled to bring back Conan, Raj, Katy, Jeff, and Mike for the 98th Oscars! This year, they produced a hugely entertaining and visually stunning show that celebrated our nominees and the global film community in the most beautiful and impactful way. Conan was the perfect host — skillfully guiding us through the evening with humor, warmth, and reverence. It is an honor to be working with them again.”

At the 2025 Oscars, Sean Baker’s film “Anora” emerged as the big winner, securing five awards: Best Picture; Best Director, Editor, and Original Screenplay for Baker; and Best Actress for Mikey Madison. Additionally, Zoe Saldaña received the Best Supporting Actress award for her role in “Emilia Pérez,” and Kieran Culkin won Best Supporting Actor for “A Real Pain.”

Why Raye Might Run Foul Of NYSC Rules

135

A Lagos-based National Youth Service Corps member, Ushie Uguamaye also known as Raye has expressed concerns about alleged threats following her viral video, where she criticised President Bola Tinubu’s government over inflation and economic hardship.

In a video posted on her TikTok account #talktoraye on Saturday, 15th March 2025, Uguamaye voiced her frustration with Nigeria’s deteriorating economic situation, lamenting that hard work appears to be in vain amid financial struggles. She openly criticised Tinubu, calling him a “terrible leader,” and questioned the government’s efforts to alleviate citizens’ suffering. She also referred to Lagos State as a “smelling state,” complaining about its poor living conditions and unpleasant odour.

After the video gained attention, Uguamaye claimed she began receiving threats, allegedly from NYSC officials, urging her to remove the video. Frustrated by the backlash, she turned to Instagram #iamraye__ to express her discontent with what she described as attempts to silence her, emphasizing that she was merely speaking the truth about Nigeria’s reality. She wrote, “Dear Nigerians, I am already getting threatened by the NYSC board to stop speaking on this issue. Less than 24 hours, I’m already getting threatened by the government starting with the NYSC board!”

She continued, “Dear Nigerians, they have my address. In case you guys don’t see me online, please you know who to hold accountable. I didn’t do anything wrong I just asked that they work on the inflation. Why can’t I speak up? Being an NYSC corper doesn’t mean I signed up my right to complain. Why can’t the government listen to the critics of its citizens? They believe they have a chain on me, which is NYSC, and they are using it to hold me. #officialasiwajubat I didn’t do anything wrong. I criticised your government and I demand that we are being heard.”

Her allegations have sparked a wide debate on social media, with many Nigerians questioning whether the NYSC is suppressing free speech among corps members.

Reactions Following The Video

The trending video has sparked discussions among Nigerians regarding the rights of corps members to freely express their opinions on national issues without fear of retribution. Many are questioning whether expressing such views should lead to threats or punitive actions, emphasizing the importance of free speech and the need for accountability from public officials.

Meanwhile, Amnesty International has condemned officials of the NYSC for the alleged threatening messages.
Reacting, Amnesty International, in a post on X/Twitter, said;
”Instead of threatening her, the authorities “should be prioritising addressing the country’s economic woes.”

“It is perfectly within her right to express discontent peacefully. Instead of threatening her for her opinions on rampant inflation, the authorities should be prioritising addressing the country’s economic woes.
“Millions of people in Nigeria are facing extreme poverty. So far, the authorities have failed to put in place effective mitigation measures, leaving millions of people without the hope of getting out of the economic challenges and enjoying their human rights.

“The Nigerian authorities must stop responding with violence and threats to individuals and groups who express dissenting opinions—in utter disregard for the Nigerian constitution and international law. Holding and voicing dissenting views is not a crime,” the human rights organisation said.

The Trade Union Congress (TUC) through Festus Osifo, TUC president has backed Ushie Uguamaye aka Raye saying she spoke out of frustration and he also advised citizens not to go overboard with their criticisms.

“Government has to develop the resilience to understand that people are frustrated, hungry and tired. So, if they decide to vent, I strongly believe that the government should not personalise it and go after such individuals,” he said.

“Imagine a young lady carrying out her NYSC function, what does she really have to do to bring down the government? So, it is about personal frustration that she has aired.

“I think that the government has to persevere much more, they have to be more tolerant, and they have to have this deep level of patience with Nigerians because people are passing through a lot as it stands today.”

Sowore, in a video shared on X on Monday, revealed that he had met with Uguamaye in Lagos and would be accompanying her to the NYSC Local Government Inspector’s office alongside a team of attorneys.
“The journey with youth Corper, Ushie Rita Uguamaye, has commenced in Lagos.
“She is scheduled to appear before the LGI (Local Government Inspector) today and we will escort her to their offices. We are all en route with attorneys,” Sowore captioned the video.

“You cannot threaten, intimidate or victimize any corper for expressing their view on the performance of the president. They are citizens with rights; the president is in office to serve”— Mr Macaroni cautions NYSC DG, other personnel.

The popular @aproko_doctor also took to his page to express his disappointment regarding the issue;
“When you call out government agencies on inadequacies, instead of trying to put heads together to solve the problems.
They resort to bullying. I’ve never seen any government that hates feedback pass our own,God forbid”. He tweeted.

A. Ayofe@abdullahayofel also posted on X
“Here is the truth, Rules are rules, guidelines are guidelines. She’s not forced to join the scheme. And since she joins, she ought to obey the NYSC Act which I doubt she ever read.”

What Does The NYSC Rule Say Regarding Authorities

According to Section 3 (i) (18) of the NYSC Bye-Laws Code of Conduct (2011), “Any member who addresses the press on any policy issue without the written consent of the State Coordinator shall be tried by the Camp Court and, if found guilty, be liable to extension of service for thirty (30) days on half pay.”

This implies that if a corps member wishes to make a public statement, particularly one criticizing government policies, they are required to obtain clearance from NYSC officials before doing so.

According to Section 3(iii) (27) of the NYSC Bye-Laws, which states “Not be rude to constituted authority,” any member who is rude to authority will be tried by the Corps Disciplinary Committee. If found guilty, they may face an extension of service for at least thirty (30) days with half pay.

Section 3 (29) addresses the issue of disclosing official information, stating “Not disclose official information.” Any member who discloses official information shall be tried by the Corps Disciplinary Committee and, if found guilty, could face an extension of service for a minimum of thirty (30) days without pay.

While there is no specific section in the NYSC Bye-Laws that explicitly forbids corps members from calling out the government, there is a clause that indirectly regulates how they can express themselves publicly.

But does this mean corps members cannot post their opinions online? Not necessarily. The law likely pertains to official press engagements, not personal social media posts. The issue lies in interpretation; while NYSC may view social media as an extension of the “press,” others argue that personal social media accounts do not fall under this category.

What Could Be Raye’s Fate?

The fate of NYSC corper Raye within the NYSC board could depend on how the NYSC chooses to interpret and enforce its rules regarding public expression.

If the NYSC views her actions as violating the NYSC Bye-Laws, specifically Section 3(i)(18) about addressing the press or making public statements without approval, Raye could be subjected to a disciplinary process. This could result in an extension of her service or other penalties as determined by the Corps Disciplinary Committee.

If found guilty of a rule violation, she could face a service extension of up to 30 days with half pay, as specified in the Bye-Laws.

Raye’s allegations of threats from NYSC officials and the government has sparked widespread debate and support from fellow corps members and the public where there is an ongoing #30daysrantchallenge potentially leading to increased attention on the issue of free speech within the NYSC. Public pressure or sympathy could influence how the NYSC handles her case, either softening their stance or making them more resolute in enforcing discipline.

Ultimately, her fate will depend on how the NYSC chooses to enforce its regulations and whether it decides to take a lenient or strict approach toward her public criticism.

India and New Zealand Resume Free Trade Negotiations After 10 Years

0

India and New Zealand have restarted negotiations on a free trade agreement, marking a revival of discussions that had previously stalled. This development coincides with Prime Minister Christopher Luxon’s five-day visit to Delhi, where he engaged in bilateral talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Both countries have decided to hold the first round of negotiations next month.

The announcement is a “major breakthrough” in the economic relationship between the two countries, Luxon said.

“India holds significant potential for New Zealand and will play a pivotal role in doubling New Zealand’s exports by value over the next 10 years,” Luxon said.

Currently, trade between India and New Zealand is valued at less than $2 billion (£1.55bn).

Luxon is attending a high-profile geopolitical conference in Delhi as a keynote speaker. Other notable attendees include the US Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.

Beyond trade, New Zealand has expressed a commitment to strengthening ties with India in areas such as defence, security, sports, and environmental collaboration. Strengthening economic relations with Delhi remains a “key priority.”

As part of this engagement, both nations signed a defence cooperation agreement aimed at bolstering maritime security. Additionally, discussions are underway to explore potential partnerships in the digital payments sector.

On 16 March, intelligence and security chiefs from the Five Eyes alliance—including representatives from New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the UK, and the US—participated in a conference in Delhi. The event was hosted by India’s National Security Adviser, Ajit Doval.

New Zealand’s strategic location makes it an important partner for India as the country seeks to counter China’s influence in the Indian Ocean region.

Luxon’s delegation is reportedly one of the largest ever assembled for a prime ministerial visit, highlighting the significance of these discussions.

Trade negotiations between India and New Zealand originally began in 2010 but were halted due to disagreements, particularly concerning market access. New Zealand has long sought greater entry into India’s dairy sector, a market India has historically protected to safeguard local farmers.

In recent years, India has shifted its approach and become more receptive to negotiating trade agreements with various nations. The decision to restart discussions with New Zealand follows similar moves by Delhi to revive free trade negotiations with the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Last year, India finalized a $100 billion free trade agreement with the European Free Trade Association, concluding nearly 16 years of discussions. India and Australia also signed a major trade cooperation deal two years ago.

Meanwhile, India’s trade minister, Piyush Goyal, recently urged an Indian export organization “to come out of their protectionist mindset” as the country advances its trade negotiations.

The renewed focus on trade agreements comes at a critical time, as India prepares for the impact of new tariffs imposed by US President Donald Trump on imported goods, including those from India. These tariffs are set to take effect on 2 April.

Jandor Dumps PDP For APC

0

Former Lagos State governorship candidate under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Abdul-Azeez Adediran, widely known as Jandor, has officially rejoined the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Jandor made the declaration on Monday at a press conference held in his Ikeja office, weeks after announcing his resignation from the PDP.

Citing internal conflicts and a lack of discipline within his former party, he expressed frustration over PDP’s failure to address internal sabotage during the 2023 elections.

He said, “Our story in the PDP was a case of working with perennial political saboteurs but we have resolved to love our future much more than we hate our past.”

Explaining the decision behind his political switch, Jandor noted that he had engaged in extensive consultations with various stakeholders, including political allies, elder statesmen, and Lagos residents who align with his vision.

“After extensive consultations with family, political associates, elder statesmen, supporters, and well-meaning Lagosians who share our vision for a greater and more prosperous Lagos, and in identifying that the primary reason a political party exists is to win elections and ultimately form the government to contribute to the welfare, security and total development of the people, we wish to formally announce that we have decided to join a political party that considers winning for its members as top priority, not minding who is on the ballot.

“We have decided to return to the All Progressives Congress.”

Jandor disclosed that before making this decision, he explored discussions with various political parties, including the Social Democratic Party (SDP), African Democratic Congress (ADC), and Young Progressive Party (YPP).

Addressing concerns about why he initially left the APC, he responded with a Yoruba proverb, suggesting that experiencing different situations helps in making informed choices.

“Before you are quick to remind me of the reasons upon which we left APC in the first place, let me respond with a popular Yoruba adage that says if a woman has not tried two husbands, she probably would not know which is better.”

He contrasted the leadership styles within both parties, stating that while APC is structured around winning elections, PDP has a history of internal sabotage that undermines its members’ chances.

“In APC, we have a leader, even if you fault his selection choices, you can’t fault his desire to always win for his party to the benefit of all members, followers and the state.

“While in Lagos PDP, you have a leader that will, at every election cycle work against his own party, and willfully dash the hopes of many party members and followers. We have chosen the better alternative,” he stated.

Emphasizing that his decision was made in the best interest of Lagos, Jandor called on his supporters to align with him in this new political direction.

“Our return to the APC is not a decision made lightly. It is a reflection of our unwavering commitment to the progress of Lagos State and our belief that unity among progressives is essential to achieving the collective aspirations of our people.”

He acknowledged the role of President Bola Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, and Tinubu’s son, Seyi Tinubu, in convincing him to return to the ruling party.

“Let me once again extend our sincere gratitude to the President and the Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who recognized our modest contributions to democracy and nation building.

“I must also recognize the relentless efforts of the Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila, who has been on our case for over one year to return ‘home’, and join hands with Mr. President.

“Upon hearing the news of my resignation from the PDP, the President’s son, Mr. Seyi Tinubu immediately put a call across to say ‘Egbon, this is the time to come back home.’ Prior to that time, Seyi had exhibited the learnings he has had from the best and reached out, asking for support for the administration of his father, the President. What more can a father ask for.”

Jandor reassured his supporters that this move was made with Lagos’ best interests in mind and urged them to support him in this new chapter.

“We remain committed to the values of service, integrity, and progress. Together, we will continue to champion the cause of a better Lagos for present and future generations,” he said.

Barcelona Stages Sensational Comeback To Beat Atlético Madrid 4-2

0

Barcelona pulled off a stunning comeback in Madrid, overturning a two-goal deficit to defeat Atlético Madrid 4-2 in a crucial La Liga clash on Sunday. Goals from Robert Lewandowski, Ferran Torres, and a late strike from Lamine Yamal sealed a dramatic victory, sending Hansi Flick’s side to the top of the table heading into the international break.

First Half: Atlético Take Control

Barcelona dominated possession in the opening half but struggled to break down Atlético’s disciplined defense.

Lamine Yamal came close to an early opener in the 5th minute, his left-footed shot narrowly missing Jan Oblak’s post. Robert Lewandowski also struck the woodwork before halftime after a clever pass from Pedri, but his effort clipped the crossbar.

Despite Barcelona’s control, Atlético took the lead just before the break. A long kick from Oblak was headed on, and Giuliano Simeone found Julián Álvarez, who fired past Wojciech Szczęsny to put the hosts ahead.

Second Half: Barcelona’s Fightback

The second half began with Yamal missing another good opportunity before Atlético doubled their lead. Antoine Griezmann played a smart pass across the box for Alexander Sørloth, who slotted home to make it 2-0.

Hansi Flick responded with substitutions, bringing on Ferran Torres and Eric García. The changes had an immediate impact.

Lewandowski reignited Barça’s hopes, drilling a low shot past Oblak to pull one back. Just five minutes later, Raphinha delivered a precise cross, and Torres guided a brilliant header into the net to level the score at 2-2.

As the match seemed destined for a draw, Barcelona’s teenage sensation Lamine Yamal delivered the moment of magic. Deep into stoppage time, Yamal struck from the edge of the area, his shot taking a deflection off Reinildo before beating Oblak—sending Barça into wild celebrations.

Minutes later, Torres added his second goal, sealing a remarkable 4-2 victory and completing one of Barcelona’s most thrilling comebacks in recent memory.

With this dramatic win, Barcelona not only silenced the Madrid crowd but also reclaimed the top spot in La Liga. Flick’s side now heads into the international break with momentum, while Atlético will be left wondering how they let a two-goal lead slip away.

Lagos Govt Implements Traffic Diversion for Bridge Repairs

0

The Lagos State Government has introduced a two-month traffic diversion to facilitate emergency repairs on the Independence/Mekwen Bridge, which connects to the Marina/CMS route. The repairs will take place from March 19 to May 26.

In a statement released on Sunday, the Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, confirmed that a section of the road—from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) through Bonny Camp Bridge to Independence Bridge—will be inaccessible to vehicles throughout the repair period.

“Similarly, the service lane at Bonny Camp Underpass Bridge (inbound Independence Bridge) will not be accessible to motorists,” Osiyemi stated.

“However, the service lane from Ahmadu Bello Way to Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue will remain open to traffic.”

To manage congestion, the government has outlined alternative routes:

For those heading to Victoria Island from Ahmadu Bello Way, the advised route is through Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Akin Adesola Street, Falomo Roundabout, and then Obafemi Awolowo Road leading to Ring Road.

For motorists traveling from Ahmadu Bello Way to the Third Mainland Bridge, the recommended path is Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Akin Adesola Street, Alfred Rewane Road, Osborne Road, and then onto Ring Road.

For those en route to Inner Marina or CMS from Ahmadu Bello Way, the designated diversion will take them through Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Akin Adesola Street, Falomo Roundabout, and Obafemi Awolowo Road to access JK Randle Road/King George V Road.

For motorists coming from Inner Marina or CMS towards Ahmadu Bello Way, traffic will be directed along an available route.

Traffic Management Measures

Osiyemi assured residents that officers from the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) will be deployed to regulate vehicular movement and minimize disruptions.

He urged motorists to be patient, emphasizing that the temporary closure is part of broader rehabilitation efforts on the affected sections.

The Federal Ministry of Works is handling the project through the Office of the Federal Controller of Works, Lagos.

Nigeria Seeks EU Partnership to Advance Police Reforms

0

Nigeria’s Minister of Police Affairs, Ibrahim Gaidam, has called for the European Union’s (EU) support in implementing comprehensive police reforms aimed at enhancing professionalism, accountability, and community engagement within the Nigerian Police Force.

Speaking during a courtesy visit by an EU delegation led by Ambassador Gautier Mignot to the Ministry’s headquarters in Abuja, Gaidam emphasized the federal government’s commitment to establishing a more responsive and effective police service.

He highlighted the EU’s expertise and resources in police reform and governance, stating that collaboration could significantly contribute to Nigeria’s ongoing efforts.

“Your Excellency, I would like to brief you on the ongoing Nigerian Police reform exercise, which is being overseen by the Ministry of Police Affairs. This initiative aims to enhance the effectiveness, accountability, and community engagement of the Nigerian Police Force,” Gaidam stated.

Key areas of focus in the reform initiative include improved police training, better resource allocation, and the implementation of stronger oversight mechanisms to ensure transparency and public trust.

Gaidam also acknowledged the EU’s role in regional security initiatives, particularly the West Africa Police Information System (WAPIS)—a program supported by INTERPOL that enables law enforcement agencies across West Africa to share critical police data electronically.

“By improving coordination, WAPIS has played a vital role in combating transnational crimes such as drug trafficking, human smuggling, and terrorism threats that continue to challenge our national security,” he said.

He further noted that the EU and ECOWAS remain committed to fully implementing WAPIS across all ECOWAS member states and Mauritania, with funding secured from November 2017 through May 2025. However, he stressed the importance of securing ongoing EU financial support to sustain and expand the system’s impact.

“Additional technical assistance and capacity-building support will further enhance Nigeria’s law enforcement capabilities and ensure that we maximize the impact of this crucial initiative,” Gaidam added.

On his part, Ambassador Gautier Mignot reaffirmed the EU’s strong partnership with Nigeria’s Ministry of Police Affairs, emphasizing that their cooperation is based on shared values of democracy, human rights, and the rule of law.

He stated that security and stability in Nigeria and the wider ECOWAS region remain a priority for the EU, particularly in addressing issues such as criminal justice reform, gender-based violence, and human trafficking.

“Migration issues, we are addressing challenges we are facing worldwide with very powerful criminal networks. It is essential to work hand in hand to dismantle these networks and protect the victims,” Ambassador Mignot remarked.

The meeting reinforced the mutual commitment of both parties to strengthening Nigeria’s law enforcement framework through strategic reforms and international cooperation.

Otedola Bridge: Lagos To Enforce ‘No Truck’ Policy

0

The Lagos State government has announced a strict enforcement of its “no truck” policy following a tragic gas truck explosion beneath the Otedola Bridge on Tuesday night.

Lagos State Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, made the declaration after leading a ministry delegation to assess the accident site.

Osiyemi emphasized that the truck involved had violated Lagos State laws by ignoring a clearly marked “no truck allowed” sign. He assured that the Ministry of Transportation would take decisive measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

“We visited the scene to evaluate what transpired two days ago. Although an initial team had assessed the situation, we needed to verify it firsthand and identify the cause,” Osiyemi stated.

“One of the immediate findings is that there’s a visible road sign prohibiting trucks from using this route. The presence of this truck here is a direct violation of Lagos State law. As the Ministry of Transportation, we will implement stricter enforcement, possibly by installing physical barriers to prevent heavy trucks from accessing such roads. Given the undulating nature of this road, it is unsuitable for trucks, and our goal is to put measures in place to avert future occurrences,” he added.

The commissioner attributed the rising truck accidents in Lagos to poor vehicle maintenance, blaming truck owners for failing to conduct necessary inspections.

To address this issue, he revealed that the state government is collaborating with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) to conduct rigorous inspections and ensure trucks are roadworthy.

“We are strengthening our collaboration to inspect these trucks thoroughly. Those found unfit for the road will be confiscated. Our mandate is to clamp down on trucks that fail safety standards,” Osiyemi affirmed.

Regarding visible cracks on Otedola Bridge, Osiyemi noted that the Ministry of Transportation would escalate the matter to the Ministry of Environment, especially with the rainy season approaching.

He further assured that an integrity test would be conducted on the bridge in partnership with the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure and the Federal Ministry of Works. This test, expected to be completed within the week, will determine the bridge’s structural safety for motorists.

Kaduna State Hands Out 7,000 Motorcycles To Workers

0

The Kaduna State Government has provided 7,000 motorcycles, including 4,000 electric ones, to state employees.

Governor Uba Sani initiated this program to help workers manage transportation costs more easily. This marks a first in Nigeria, aiming to support civil servants in their daily commute.

“We recognise that transportation costs can be a significant burden for civil servants. It is our hope that these motorcycles will help alleviate that burden, allowing you to arrive at work early and focus on your tasks,” the governor stated at the launch event on Friday in Kaduna.

Represented by Deputy Governor Dr. Hadiza Balarabe, he emphasized the administration’s efforts to improve working conditions and enhance infrastructure for government employees.

“The civil service is the engine of government. Civil servants play a critical role in shaping governance and ensuring the efficient delivery of essential services. Our administration recognises that large-scale rural and urban transformations, as well as economic revitalisation, are only possible with a dedicated, skilled, and well-motivated workforce,” he added.

The motorcycles were made available through a loan arrangement with deductions from salaries. This was made possible through a collaboration involving the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), Paynacle Digital Services Limited, and Optimus Bank.

Kaduna State NLC Chairman, Comrade Ayuba Magaji, expressed appreciation for the initiative and commended the governor’s support.

“We commend Governor Uba Sani for guaranteeing the financial cover necessary to make this initiative a reality. By ensuring that these motorcycles are accessible to qualified civil servants through salary-deductible loans, Your Excellency has once again demonstrated a deep commitment to the welfare of workers,” he said.

Additionally, the Acting State Secretary of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Comrade Hassan Ibrahim, shared that the union had secured 1,000 electric tricycles for its members under a structured two-year payment plan.

“We appeal to the Kaduna State Government to contribute its own quota so that this initiative can be sustained,” Ibrahim said.

This effort is expected to provide much-needed relief to state workers by offering an affordable means of transportation, reducing financial strain, and improving mobility.

A beneficiary, Mrs. Sarah Musa from the Kaduna State Ministry of Education, expressed her gratitude for the initiative.

“This motorcycle will really help me. I used to spend a lot of money on transportation, but now I can use that money for other important things,” she said.
