Calling himself “The Puzzle King”, it has taken a German puzzle enthusiast four and a half months to put together a 54-thousand-piece jigsaw.
“I worked every day between four to five hours on the puzzle and sometimes to even a full day once a week. It felt like a marathon of 12 to 14 hours.”
Titled ‘Travel Around Art’, the vast puzzle is some 8-point-6 meters -long and 2 meters high.
It shows the complete form of an art gallery, which is adorned with famous artworks like Gustav Klimt’s ‘The Kiss’, Monet’s ‘Poppies’ and ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’ by Johannes Vermeer.
He is now waiting for his achievement to be listed in the Guinness Books of Records.
